Ava — Customer Service
Drafts and sends customer replies, watches sentiment across every channel.
Omnio's AI answers on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and web chat with real prices and real availability — then turns the conversation into a paid order or a booked appointment, no human required until one's needed.
No keyword rules. No decision trees. It reads what the customer actually means — even when they don't type it the way a script expects.
No credit card required. Invite your team during the trial.
A lot of "AI-powered" tools are a rule you configured once, running on autopilot. Ask them what happens when a customer says something you didn't script for.
Omnio doesn't read messages with rules. Messages are read for what they mean — no keyword list, nothing to configure — which is why it still works when the customer doesn't type it the way anyone expected.
No keyword matched — falls back to the menu, ignores the actual question and the frustration in it.
Read the urgency and the history in the message, not just the words — flagged high-priority and answered directly.
Omnio AI isn't a CRM — it's the AI employee that answers customers on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, web, and Facebook/Instagram/TikTok comments, takes their calls with recordings and transcripts, and works the leads, carts, sales orders, and appointment scheduling underneath it — with direct, allowlisted access to that same data, so it can answer questions, build a cart, or book a time slot instead of just talking about it. It is built and operated by ENAMEX SDN. BHD.
WhatsApp — official API or the number you already own — Messenger, Instagram, web chat, or a landing page ad click: every channel lands in one inbox, tied to one customer record.
Not a scripted bot — an agent with allowlisted tools: it looks up orders, searches the catalog, checks real appointment availability, and builds a cart, grounded in the org's live database.
The AI books the slot or builds the cart in the thread — or staff select the customer's messages and click Create Sales Order to draft the whole order from what was said. Human handoff whenever the agent isn't confident.
Every day, in the background, Brain checks six signal types across the org's sales data and surfaces evidence-grounded findings on the dashboard — before anyone has to go looking.
Ava, Deon, Priya, Marcus, Jules, Riley, Nora, and Otto are real, tool-calling AI agents inside Omnio's AI Workspace — not a scripted chatbot demo. Each looks up your org's own data and can take real actions: check a balance, draft outreach, book an appointment, invite a staff member, schedule its own follow-up (one-time or recurring) instead of dropping a task, or hand work to a colleague when it's outside its own lane.
Drafts and sends customer replies, watches sentiment across every channel.
Spots upsell moments, drafts outreach, books appointments.
Writes ad copy, campaign filters, and storefront/landing copy.
Turns the daily Omnio Brain digest into a conversation.
Handles staff, settings, module toggles, and bulk imports.
Tracks outstanding customer balances, your Omnio subscription billing, and discount-leakage signals.
Reports on how your AI agents and staff are really performing — success rates, handoffs, sentiment.
Flags shipment and AI-reliability problems before they pile up, grounded in real Omnio Brain data.
Every screen below is a real product capture from a demo business — a skincare studio that sells products and books facials — not a mockup.
Staff select the customer's own messages and click Create Sales Order. One AI pass drafts the contact details, the shipping address, and the item lines — each matched against the real catalog, with a one-line rationale. Anything it can't match is flagged for a person, never invented.
Open Sales Guru beside any conversation and ask in plain language — "how should I close this?", "what did she complain about last time?" — and get advice built from that specific customer's chats, calls, staff notes, and Customer Insight profile. Staff-only; the customer never sees it.
Every web-chat visitor, WhatsApp enquiry, and ad click becomes a lead automatically, tagged by source and interest. Drag it through the stages, and convert a won lead straight into a sales order without retyping anything. On a phone, the board becomes one card per lead.
Sales, customers, average order value, unpaid balances, active carts, and top products at a glance. Above them, a "Needs attention" strip where Omnio Brain drops its daily findings — a revenue dip, a customer who is half your revenue, discount leakage — each explained against your own numbers, each approve-or-dismiss.
Order lookup, item search, cart management, contact updates, appointment availability and booking, human handoff — a fixed, allowlisted tool set, not free-form access to the database. An org can require staff approval before the AI cancels an order, books an appointment, or touches a cart — full authority by default, a human checkpoint the moment you want one.
Learn more →Connect one or more existing WhatsApp numbers by QR scan — no Meta verification, no new number — alongside the official WhatsApp Business API. Live Chat tracks Meta's 24-hour and 7-day reply windows per thread, so the AI never sends into a closed window; it parks a draft for a person instead.
WhatsApp Business Calling and dedicated phone numbers: calls forward to a real phone the business chooses, are recorded, and are transcribed into the same customer thread as the chats. Outbound calls are consent-gated and billed per minute from a prepaid wallet — unanswered calls are never billed. Voice notes are transcribed and answered too.
Learn more →A rep picks a customer persona — price-sensitive, skeptical, just browsing — roleplays the sale against an AI playing that customer, optionally grounded in a real customer's history, and gets scored on persuading, upselling, proposing, and explaining. The AI coaches the humans, too.
Chat, calls, catalog, checkout, and the AI team that runs them all live in the account your staff already log into.
An org tells Omnio what it is at signup — sells and ships products, runs a service business, or books appointments and viewings — and the app shows the right modules by default. A salon can sell retail product and take bookings in the same account; a property or insurance agent can run a pure appointment pipeline with shipping hidden entirely.

Selling via WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, web, and ads — one inbox, one customer record, one order pipeline.
Salons, spas, and clinics that sell appointments and product add-ons out of the same account.
Property, insurance, and consulting professionals who book meetings, not shipments.
Running many orgs on one Omnio instance — packages, add-ons, billing, and a built-in affiliate program.
Omnio AI isn't a CRM. It's an AI employee that replies to customers on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and web chat, and can look up orders, build a cart, check appointment availability, and book a slot inside the same conversation. It carries a lead to a paid order or confirmed appointment in one account, and it reads what customers mean, with no keyword rules to write.
A chatbot answers questions. Omnio's agent is given a fixed, allowlisted set of CRM tools — order lookup, item search, cart management, appointment availability and booking, contact updates — and calls them directly against the org's real data, with a mandatory human handoff path when it isn't confident. It never invents a price, a stock level, or an open time slot; every answer is grounded in a live database read.
Yes. On request, the agent checks a staff member's real working hours and existing bookings, offers only genuinely open times, and books the appointment in the same conversation — free services confirm immediately, and a priced service hands the customer a payment link before the booking is held. The same double-booking guard that protects staff bookings and the public booking page also protects AI bookings — it's enforced at the database layer, not just in application code.
No. An org tells Omnio what kind of business it runs at signup — sells and ships products, runs a service business (salon, spa, clinic), or books appointments and viewings (property, insurance, consulting) — and Omnio shows the right modules by default. A salon can sell retail product and take bookings in the same account; an agent can run a pure appointment pipeline with shipping hidden entirely.
Omnio Brain is a proactive AI layer that checks an org's sales data every day across six signal types — revenue velocity, average order value drift, discount leakage, stalling carts, customer concentration risk, and sales-rep performance variance — and surfaces evidence-grounded findings on the dashboard before anyone has to go looking for them. Every finding is suggest-then-approve: Omnio Brain never changes a price, messages a customer, or takes an action on its own.
No. Each finding is explained in plain English against the org's own numbers, not a proprietary score with no reasoning attached. A superuser approves or dismisses it from the dashboard, with an optional daily or weekly digest so a finding never requires checking the dashboard first.
Yes, on plans with MCP access. Omnio runs a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or any MCP client can connect with the same API key used for the REST API and read or act on an org's CRM data as tools — including reading and responding to Omnio Brain findings.
Yes. Plans with API access get revocable per-account API keys and interactive OpenAPI/Swagger docs generated from the live route set, plus an OAuth 2.0 authorization server (RFC 8414 / 9728-compliant, with dynamic client registration) for third-party integrators that need standards-based auth instead of a static key.
Every account starts with a 30-day free trial and no credit card is required. Paid plans scale by seats, records, and AI reply credits, with add-ons available for extra capacity or features like Integration Hub and MCP access — see the live pricing page for current numbers.
Org checkout — charging an org's own customers, including pay-to-book appointments — runs on senangPay and Billplz, Malaysia-focused gateways with sandbox test modes. Stripe is used only for an org's own Omnio subscription billing and cannot be selected as a customer-facing checkout gateway.
The organization does. Every org's records are isolated at the database level, not just filtered in application code, and data is exportable from the modules that support it whenever an org needs a copy.
Yes. WhatsApp Business Calling and dedicated phone numbers both forward to a real phone the business configures — customers call normally and the business's own phone rings. Answered calls are recorded and transcribed into the customer's conversation thread. WhatsApp call transcription uses Whisper; phone-call transcription is carrier-native.
Yes, from the WhatsApp conversation. WhatsApp requires the customer's one-tap consent before any business can call them — Omnio sends that permission request, then rings the agent's own phone first and connects the customer's WhatsApp when the agent answers. The per-minute rate and wallet balance are shown before dialing.
WhatsApp calls bill $0.10 per minute from a prepaid voice wallet ($5–$50 top-ups). Unanswered and rejected calls are never billed, and calling pauses automatically below a $2.00 balance so a business can never run up a surprise bill.
A persistent, automatically refreshed AI profile of each customer — personality, tone, preferred language, preferences, purchase behaviour, recurring questions and complaints, and verbatim quotes from moments the customer was unhappy — built from every chat and call transcript. It appears on the customer's page and as a popup inside Live Chat.
An AI advisor for salespeople. Staff ask free-form questions like "what should I tell her about refunds?" and get advice grounded in that specific customer's actual history — available as a Live Chat side panel during a conversation or as its own standalone page.
Yes. In Live Chat, staff select the customer's own messages and click Create Sales Order or Create Cart. One AI pass drafts the contact details, the shipping address, and the item lines — each matched against the org's real catalog, with a one-line rationale. Anything the AI can't match to a real item is flagged for the staff member to resolve, never invented. Staff review the draft and save; the order is created against the same customer record the conversation already belongs to.
Yes. Besides the official WhatsApp Business API, Omnio can connect an org's existing WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code — no Meta Business verification and no new number. An org can connect more than one number, and messages typed on the phone itself still appear in the same Live Chat thread with the same AI agent behind them.
Mona is an internal AI employee for practising sales conversations. A rep picks a customer persona — price-sensitive, skeptical, just browsing — and roleplays a live chat with an AI playing that customer, optionally grounded in a real customer's actual history. Afterwards a separate AI pass scores the transcript on four skills: persuading, upselling, proposing, and explaining. Orgs can edit their own personas and scoring rubrics in Settings.
